Description
Born in Koln Germany, Kolsch style beers are a light fruity beer. Munich malt gives this beer its malty characteristic. Not too many comercial examples of this style to try, so make your own! For true to the style results, liquid yeast and a cool secondary fermentation is highly recommended.
