Description
Made popular by the California gold miners of the 1800’s. This unique American style beer  is fermented using lager yeast at ale fermenting temperatures.  This gives the beer its distinctive flavor. A slight caramel flavor set the undertones while the Perle hops have a very clean almost minty bitterness and aroma to complete this classic style beer.
